The Ultra Promotion (the "Promotion") is organised by Ribble Cycles (the "Organiser") and is open to all individuals aged 18 years or above.

1. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other guidelines and instructions provided by the Organiser.
2. The Promotion will run from 26th May 2023 until 3rd July 2023 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be considered. A qualifying purchase becomes eligible to receive the vouchers as described once the bike has been dispatched and received by the customer.
3. To be eligible for the Promotion, participants must fulfill the following criteria: a. Purchase a qualifying product or service, as specified by the Organiser. b. Meet any additional requirements outlined in the Promotion details or advertisements.
4. Participants can submit their entries for the Promotion by following the redemption process on the promotional webpage following receipt of their qualifying bike. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
5. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any entries that do not meet the stated requirements or are suspected of fraud or tampering.
6. Prizes or rewards offered as part of the Promotion will be described in the Promotion details or advertisements. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal value or modify the rewards if unforeseen circumstances arise.
7. Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives, except as determined by the Organiser.
8. Any taxes, duties, or other expenses related to the prizes are the sole responsibility of the redeeming customer.
9. The Organiser assumes no responsibility for any lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries, communications, or other failures or technical malfunctions.
10. By participating in the Promotion, participants grant the Organiser the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without any further compensation.
11. If the qualifying purchase is returned to the Organiser for a refund, the vouchers issued as part of this promotion will be rendered invalid. If the vouchers have already been redeemed, the Organiser shall deduct the value of the vouchers from any refund due to the customer.
12. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Terms and Conditions or attempt to manipulate or tamper with the Promotion process.
13. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Promotion or any part at any time or reason.
14. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
15. These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between the participant and the Organiser regarding the Promotion and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
16. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Promotion will be subject to the laws of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland and the participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this territory.
17. The Organiser is not strictly responsible or liable for the products or services of the third parties.
18. Any communications relating to the products and services of the third parties need to be handled directly between the customer and the third party.
19. The voucher must be claimed and redeemed no later than 28 days after the dispatch date of the qualifying bike.
20. Participants have 12 months from the date they redeem their voucher to spend the voucher on the partner website.
